Refund Policy

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of order delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any product that has been used, damaged or altered with will not be altered for a return

  1. Delivery Areas
    We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  2. Delivery Times
    • Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days for major cities and up to 12 business days for outlying areas.
    • Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
    • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed.
  3. Delivery Fees
    • R125-00 within the geographical borders of South-Africa, cross border and international orders ad-hoc cost
  4. Receiving Your Order
    • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
    • If no one is available, our courier will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, additional fees may apply.
  5. Damaged or Missing Items
    • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  6. Tracking Your Order
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
